eCoast Sales Development Representative:
- Identify qualified sales opportunities for our client’s products and/or services via teleprospecting and email
- Identifying decision makers, determining customer needs and timing, positioning features and benefits, overcome objections
- Work independently toward individual goals while also contributing to a team goal for your projects
- Meet and exceed monthly goals by delivering well-qualified sales opportunities to our clients
- Heavy use of CRM applications including entry and management of all lead data while ensuring data integrity
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and confident telephone voice
- Exceptional written communication and grammar is a must
- Persuasive interpersonal sales skills with positive outlook
- Self-motivated and competitive; driven to reach and exceed individual and team goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook
- 2+ years of sales experience desired
