eCoast Sales Development Representative:

  • Identify qualified sales opportunities for our client’s products and/or services via teleprospecting and email
  • Identifying decision makers, determining customer needs and timing, positioning features and benefits, overcome objections
  • Work independently toward individual goals while also contributing to a team goal for your projects
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals by delivering well-qualified sales opportunities to our clients
  • Heavy use of CRM applications including entry and management of all lead data while ensuring data integrity


  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and confident telephone voice
  • Exceptional written communication and grammar is a must
  • Persuasive interpersonal sales skills with positive outlook
  • Self-motivated and competitive; driven to reach and exceed individual and team goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook
  • 2+ years of sales experience desired
